Hi Tu,

Can you go to Access Points >> Click on the Access point >> Under General Tab >> Status Summary >> What do you see for the "Configuration Status"?

It should say as "Up-to-date".

Hi Tu,

Seems like the AP is yet to take the configuration changes which you made.
Is it possible to reboot the AP once ad check?

Also, how many APs are there in this location?
Are all the APs facing the same issue?
If yes, I would recommend you to open a Support case so that we can help you.

the group has 10 APs
all the same
please lead me to open the case of support,   or you can remote

do you use WhatsApp or zalo skype ?
