Hi Tu,

You login to this AP's CLI and check the encryption setting using following command to confirm if change is reflected:

get encryption wlan 

example:

rkscli: get encryption wlan0

SSID             : Lab_WLAN

Net Security     : WPA

Protocol Version : WPA2

MAC Auth         : None

Authentication   : Open

Cipher Algorithm : AES-CCMP

WPA PassPhrase   : f0f49fe29ac1379c7ab4bc6cc18ff7e5ef9bade3a01a03bb11330ed30a9e0739

OK

If you have made the change and AP do not reflect it. Please open a new support case and we can have a look.

Hi Tu, 

I hope the AP has taken the configuration after the changes made on the SSID.
Click on the AP >> Check for the Configuration Status >> It should should show as "Up-To-Date".

If it is in "New Configuration" then the AP has not taken the config changes.
