Hello,

Please Help Me

I Have SZ100 and already licensed, but I'm forgot my Admin password

how I recover my Password, or If i reset my SZ100 how about my licensed is lost or no?

because I'm buy the device with already licensed so i don't know the email that tagging with the device license

This issue is Solved, the license is synchronize automatically when connect to the internet after factory reset

Hi @bahar,

Support team can help you to recover the password if you have the configuration backup.
Can you confirm the controller version? So that I can confirm the recovery process?

With regards to license, it is bound to the controller serial number. So even if you reset it, it will still be able to sync up with the license server online and can fetch its license details.

Hi, Thanks For the respon,

I haven't backup configuration, so I will reset factory configuration if the license is automatically sync up,

Hi,

After the reset, you can configure and login to the SZ and go to License page, click on Sync License.
Make sure the SZ has internet to reach to the license server.
