How to setup network wireless bridge when TWO T350se were managed by Smartzone

Hi all,

We have two T350se managed by Smartzone, and we want to deploy them to two buildings as office extensions.

How to set up those units on SZ so we can use them as a network bridge?

Thanks.

First, Create another zone for mesh. And enable mesh function on the zone.

Second,

1) Common method

   - Connect and Move two aps under the zone at samrtzone.

   - Root AP is connected to wired network and non-Root-AP is connected to only Poe injector(or only Poe switch) without wired uplink.

2) Zero touch mesh

   - Connect and Move Root aps under the zone at smartzone.

   - Enable Zero touch mesh founction at the zone, and add serial number of non-Root-AP

   - Root AP is connected to wired network and non-Root-AP(factory default) is connected to only Poe injector(or only Poe switch) without wired uplink.

Is it easy?

Thanks for the reply.
But seems not that easy.

Please check my setup steps and correct me if wrong.

1. Created a new zone with Zero mesh enabled.
2. Moved one T350 to the zone
3. Checked the T350 is Mesh Auto (root)
4. The root AP connected switch port config is:

switch trunk native vlan 20

vlan 20 is the only uplink for AP connected to SMARTZONE

5. Connected another AP T350SE to another switch port with Native vlan 999.

999 is an useless subnet and no any network feature even DHCP.

6. Even after a while, still not any approved messages found from the Smartzone.

7. Moerover , where to enter the AP SN to the zone when it is factory default status?
