A couple of our sites are having problems since moving over from Smartzone Controller 5.2.2.0.317 to 6.1.2.0.354. Wifi is very poor and cutting out on several floors.
To resolve this problem we have had to rollback the AP firmware on the problem sites to 5.2.2.0.2064 from 6.1.2.0.850.
Does anyone know why this is. It is only happening at 2 sites. We have 10-15 other sites where moving over from Smartzone Controller 5.2.2.0.317 to 6.1.2.0.354 has not been an issue and the AP's work on firmware 6.1.2.0.850.
We have logged ticket with Ruckus but they were unable to help.

We are having an issue with 6.1.2.0.1309 firmware when all clients are being disconnected from random AP.
Maybe your issue is somewhat similar.
We have opened a support case and it has been a month but there is no solution at the moment.

Have you tried Factory resetting the AP's. This fixed our issue

Hi
OK so we managed to find a solution to this. We factory reset the AP's and this resolved the issue.
What confused us was that the AP's worked OK on the older firmware so we thought the issue was related to firmware.
Ruckus did not suggest a factory reset. We had to come to this conclusion ourselves.
I'm not sure if this will help anyone but it resolved our issue.

Have you had any issues with Macbooks and other devices failing authentication on this firmware? or 6.1.2.0.487 ?
