Recently i tried to add one t710 and h510 to my current wireless system. but both of them showed updated failed, which leads to broadcasting no wireless signal on both 2.4g and 5g.

But for newly added R730 works perfectly.

is there anything that i can do to push the configuration to new aps.

thanks

Hi,

Please, post current SZ firmware version, respective zone firmware version and what firmware is on APs.

Issue mainly happens when you have bad combination of versions. So, I recommend to have latest zone firmware setting, and update APs to latest standalone firmware version before joining them to vSZ. To clarify issue you also can look on logs -- SZ will usually reports some reason of update failure.

Hope it helps

My sz100 is running under latest ver. of 5.2.1.0.515.

before t710 upgrade with sz100's ap firmware was 114.0.0.0.1294
