hello everybody.

I have a network with several T350c for public hotspots, currently without a password. I would like to add a simple banner for users to see after logging in. I don't need a username and password, nor acceptance of terms. Is there any way to just add the banner for the user to see and they are already accessing the internet? or, if this is not possible, a way for the user to see the banner and press a simple button to access the internet?
