Captive Portal authentication slow

Hi Support,

We are using the Hotspot (WISPr) authentication type with Active Directory service protocol for the SSID,  when a user connect to the Wi-Fi, it takes more than 15 seconds before the authentication screen pops up, the problem occurs on different OS platforms (Windows 10/11, IOS, Android). 

Is there any setting can speed up the captive portal pops up?  

Below is our controller(vSZ) version for reference.

Hello PY-MIS,

For the redirection taking longer duration you can try below steps,

Under Hotspot (WISPr) settings → Walled Garden allow these domains:

captive.apple.com

msftconnecttest.com

connectivitycheck.gstatic.com

Also try using internal DNS server if possible.
