I have SmartZone 144, i try connect to ruckus analytic, but not connect and show error :

- SZ firmware version
- Error screenshot
- SZ serial number and the email address which you used to authenticate the Cloud account field.
- Was this SZ ever onboarded in RA earlier & the region you are trying to onboard to?
