Can not join Ruckus SmartZone 144 ( 5.2.2 & 6.1 ) witch Ruckus analytic

I have SmartZone 144, i try connect to ruckus analytic, but not connect and show error :

Create SmartZone failed, an unexpected error occurred.

Hi @snp_tan_cang,

Please share the following info:

- SZ firmware version

- Error screenshot

- SZ serial number and the email address which you used to authenticate the Cloud account field.

- Was this SZ ever onboarded in RA earlier & the region you are trying to onboard to?
