About update SZ-100

i got a sz-100  version 5.1.2.0.302

can i update it to 5.2.2.0.1563 directly?

does it need i pay for the update service? i am in china,how to solve this thing.

The current system cannot be upgraded. Reason: Following controllers do not have a valid support license: Ruckus. .

Hi AaronKong,

You must have active support license to be able to upgrade your system.

Also you can't go directly to this version, first upgrade to 5.2.2.0.317
