Abnormal issues with the external portal page

I'd like to consult about the SmartZone version 3.6. When the external portal page is enabled for identity authentication, regardless of whether the HTTP or HTTPS protocol is used, the pop-up page on Windows system phones and computers appears very quickly. However, on Mac and iOS system phones, the pop-up page appears very slowly. How can this be adjusted?

Could you please check if bypass CNA is enabled on the wlan.

Also please consider to upgrade the SZ to a newer code as 3.6 version is very old version.
