ACCESS POINT REGISTERED IN VSZ BUT NOT LISTED

Hello

I have an access point that, despite being registered with the controller and in the number of access points connected, does not appear on the access points menu.

I can ping but can't login in ssh with the default super user or with the login configured in vSZ.

Have you disconnected and reconnected it? Remote, well, did you disable PoE on the port and re-enable? I've had AP just sort of hang and the only solution is to reboot them.
