vSZ HS and disabling 2.4ghz on an SSID

I can't seem to figure out how to disable 2.4ghz on a SSID. All other posts seem to talk about the ZD and they don't seem to be the same. vSZ is running 3.5.1. If we create the WLAN group and then create the AP group, there doesn't seem to be a way to disable 2.4 in the AP group. Is it CLI only? Help!

I want to be able to turn off 2.4 on a AP Group, but that is not an option. It seems the only way to do this is 1 AP at a time.

I want to have the SAME SSID broadcast on some AP Groups in BOTH 2.4 and 5Ghz and ONLY on 5Ghz on other AP Groups. 

There should be the same WLAN Service toggle that there is for the individual Edit AP page.

Am I missing something simple here that would let me use the AP groups and be able to toggle what Radios are enabled?

Hi Timothy,

AP group/Zone cannot disable 2.4 or 5 G radio. You have to use and map WLAN groups with AP group and change the AP group settings accordingly.

I still do not see a way to disable 2.4GHz at any level other than turning it off for each specific AP.  It is not an option at the AP Group level or the WLAN group level.  With Zone Director I was able to create an AP group that had the setting to not use the 2.4 GHz radio.  When I wanted to have an AP use 5 GHz only (perhaps due to interference with other equipment), I would just move that AP into the group and it's 2.4 GHz radio would turn off.  I don't see how to do that with SmartZone.

You can associate or disassociate a WLAN from 2.4 or 5G radio by playing with AP group and WLAN group settings.

I do not see how this works i created wlan group and ap group.  i want 2.4g turned off.  i get the following error when i try to turn off 2.4 on the group. 

where is the setting to turn off 2.4 since i do not see it under the wlan group or the ap group.  so far it seems we can only turn of 2.4 at an individual ap level
