trying to get to unleashed browser user interface to change login password to ruckus

how do i do that?

tried to do step 1

Please enable the password recovery option to change the login password.

How to enable password recovery.

This feature allows you to recover management access in case you forgot your password for the Unleashed Management web page or Application.

1: From unleashed web GUI

do not know how to do step 1

how do i get to unleashed web GUI

i am using the unleash app on my iphone 6s

my only options are typical install gateway install or manage network

when i choose manage network

get do you want to remotely manage the unleashed network you are connected to?

yes

add unleashed network using admin credentials

admin username for the network ???

admin password for the network ???

do not know the username or password

can you help?

have tried all the usernames and passwords you suggested without success

i DO NOT need to do a install of the ruckus network it is already installed and has been setup

i am connecting to the ruckus network and trying to used the unleashed app on my phone

to manage the network I DO NOT need to install already installed when i go to manage network it is asking for the admin username and password

that is ALL i need is a user name and password

PLEASE tell me how i can get the admin user name and password for the unleashed network

Hi @leverel

Please follow the below steps to change the unleashed login password.

Go to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp or scan the QR code to reset the password.
In the Change your password dialog box, enter the following information:
1. For Username, enter your username.
  
  The username must be from 1 through 32 characters in length and can consist only of alphanumeric characters, underscore (_), period (.), and Chinese characters.
2. For Password, enter your current password.
  
  The password must be from 4 through 32 characters in length. The usage of a pair of special characters "< >" (angle brackets) is limited, but you can use the characters separately.
3. For New Password, enter your new password.
4. For Confirm New Password, enter your new password again.

Click Save to save the changes.

Note: If the authentication failed three times within five minutes, the login is disabled for three minutes.
