ruckus switch stuck on amber light after power outage

I had a power outage and now my switch is stuck on an amber light. I unplugged and pushed the reset button but nothing happened. I had this happen before and holding down the button fixed it.

I made sure the switch is in switch mode and not router mode.

What else can I try?

I've this happen a few times. The 1st time I had to flash it to put it in switch mode. After our 1st power outage it rebooted back int router mode.
