Hello,
I have tried 3 times to reset my ruckus and it doesn't work.
The access points have no lights on them.
Please let me know how to fix this. THank you

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please confirm if you have created a single folder ‘Upgrade’ which includes the 3 files? and all other configurations as described in my previous post and the upgrade link? If yes, please share the screenshots of the same.
