Hello,
I have tried 3 times to reset my ruckus and it doesn't work.
The access points have no lights on them.
Please let me know how to fix this. THank you

Thank you for the update.
Bootrom command will be only for the 8080f version. And yes, the IP address is an example in the guide. You can check on your computer as explained in the guide. Please refer to the below screenshot. And create folders for 8080f and 8095g with their files to select in tftp application as explained in the guide.

Thank you. I found my computer's IP but the file name where does come from. I just copied the example. Here is my screen shot

Thank you for the response and the information.
Could you please check and confirm if you have created a separate image folder as highlighted in the screenshot below? (Folder name is ‘Upgrade’ in below screenshot)
In the folder, there should be these 3 files as below.
Also please make sure, TFTP is correctly configured with the correct folder and Server interfaces as marked in the below screenshot as an example.
Please confirm and proceed with bootrom and other commands. And let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
