I found the IP of the Switch - 192.168.1.235  this was through my att router.  The ip application only found my 4 AP and now switch.    When going through PuTTY and connecting through the IP i get the same black screen as connected directly with the USB C on front of the switch

Hi @pgonzalez9

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Please confirm the IP Address you are using belongs to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.

Once you confirm it, please try the SSH Or Telnet option to log in to CLI (Putty) as described below in the screenshots-

SSH- Port 22

OR

Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command

enable

show version

show flash

Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

The  ip of the  switch can only be found under the list of devices on my ATT modem as shown on the picture below.  When trying to ping the device i or even access the ip through the internet browser i get  fail to reach /open page.        Also when connecting directly through USB C i cant connect to  the swith as show on the pictures from my previews post

Hi @pgonzalez9

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please try to access the Switch using Putty application on a Windows laptop as described in my previous post?

Also please try to access the Switch on a web browser and try to login.

Please check and let me know.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
