reset password

I have resently reset the Ruckus router, when I check the wifi networks I see one with recover.Me-03xxxx when I tried to connect it does not accept the password = password.

How do I find the correct password or how should I connect to the router to access and be able to change the network id and password.

The password=password doesn't work for us either. Waiting for a response from the Ruckus team!
