power surge at house. lights on three access points not working / lighting up

major power surge at house. main Ruckus hub was plugged into APC surge back up in AV Closet. Att modem seems to have been knocked out from surge, replacement on way. lights on three access points not working / lighting up. Main hub lights on back still lighting up! please help.

To assist you further, could you please address the following queries:

1. Please refer to the image below and share a picture showing the light status and the full panel cable connections to the Switch ports.

2. Could you specify how many Access Points are currently connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch? 

Additionally, please provide pictures of the switch displaying the status of the lights and the cable connections to the Switch ports.

Before uploading the photos, please log in to your RUCKUS account where you can upload the images.

Please respond with answers to all the queries above, and feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding this matter.

Thank you for your response and the information provided.

Regarding the status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, it appears that the switches are operating normally. However, the Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports on the switch may have been disabled, resulting in the Access Points not receiving power.

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, please refer to the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article:

This article provides detailed steps to diagnose and rectify the lack of power to Access Points connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
