From the case description, I understand that you are trying to secure your Wi-fi with a password.

We recommend creating a new WLAN and reconnecting the devices to the new network and you do have an option to set a new password while creating the new Wi-Fi network.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to factory reset the AP and create new Wi-Fi network.
