out of date firmware - r510

I can no longer access the ruckus unleashed app and says "you are not connected to unleashed network. Go to settings". I was able to log into ruckus via my PC to see that my firmware is out of date from 2017. Please tell me which firmware to download as there are 12 different firmware options. Do I need to download each one individually or can I leapfrog to directly 200.7.10.202.145? My current firmware version: 200.3.9.13.228

Here is my current models

Hi @az

Thank you for the response.

Please upgrade to the 200.14.6.1.203 version. As we have this as a stable and this issue is fixed in this version.

Uninstall and Install is just upgrading the same application from the App Store to the latest Unleashed app version 11.140.1 (Please refer to the below screenshot).

Thank you again.

I need your help! I downloaded new firmware and went selected to reboot. As it was rebooting, towards the end the access points dropped internet connection and my webpage lost connection. I dont know if the reboot was successful or not and I now cannot find the ruckus unleashed in my wifi network selections.

so now I saw that there was a "configure xxx" in my wifi network menu, I was able to create a passwork for the network and it went through finishing the configuration. Now when I try to log into that network, it say the password is invalid. Help!

is there a way for you to reset my network password? I cannot access unleashed.ruckuswireless.com since I cannot log into that network. Help!!

Hi @az

Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.

We may now need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
