Steady red light on device

Hi ,

  • one of my downstairs device is having steady red light. And I am not sure when I need to press the reset buttons which cables I need to pull. Please advice me. I have few pictures but cannot see the option to attach the pics

As per the case description, I understand that one of your RUCKUS Access Points has a RED PWR LED on.

Could you please try to unplug and plug its ethernet cable from the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and check if it comes back to normal?

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
