I do not know the password or username. however, I was able to figure out the IP address. Im having trouble factory resetting the ruckus so that configure.me show up but its doesn't.

1st attempt, I try to reset by having internet cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.

2nd attempt. I try to reset by having internet cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and one of the other cables (2 total) and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.

3rd attempt. I try to reset by having one of the blue cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.

All the attempt the flights just continue to blink non stop

Hello @wholes ,

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you need assistance in performing the Upgrade on the Access points to the recommended version.

Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?

If link doesn't work, identify the current IP address assigned to the switch ICX-7150-C12P by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the switch's IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using IP Scanner free applications:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-find-the-IP-Address-o...

You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Once you login to the AP using the browser, you may follow the steps from the video and upgrade the Access points.

Once the upgrade is completed, you may login to the Unleashed app and manage the network using the app.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I followed the steps and was able to update the upstair AP but unable to log in to the 1st floor AP even tho its giving out wifi with internet.

They were both red before but the the upstairs changed to green randomly. therefore, when I went to 192.168.1.86 it does not work.

192.168.1.87 works and I was able to update it but its only showingScreen Shot 2024-10-24 at 4.13.21 PM.png

Hello @wholes,

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you have upgraded the upstairs AP to the recommended version.

Could you please confirm if the upgrade was performed on the first floor AP too?

The upgrade should be performed on all the APs in the network and all the APs should be in the same version

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
