need help password reset not working

hi- I have a lennar home with ruckus unleashed r510.  There has been a security breach and I need help resetting password.  the unit itself is on ceiling.  Help me please, heather

Hi-- My access point is on the ceiling-- is there a way to remote into it?  I need to change the password-- security breach.  thanks! Heather

Hi @heather74 

If password recovery is not enabled, you will have to redo the system from scratch by resetting one of the access points.

Note: if you have more than one access point, you should disconnect all of them and leave only the one that is going to perform the factory reset and configuration connected, finally when you complete the process you will be able to connect the others that will automatically join the new configuration.

Here is a guide that explains the entire the Factory reset process :

You must disconnect other APs from the ICX-7150-C12 P and only leave/keep connect  one that you are going to work on it for this process.
