I have gone through these forums before, I have a Lennar home with a Ruckus switch and 2 ap's. Everytime the power has gone off in the last 2 years it has gotten more difficult to get it rebooted. I have gone through everything I was told the last time and this thing will not boot up. I work from home and this makes life complicated. I have spent over 2 weeks trying to get this thing rebooted, enough is enough. Either send a replacement or a tech to come out and resolve the issue.

I know Im not a IT tech, but there has got to be a better way to perform these upgrades and reboots. The normal population of blue-collar workers that aren't Tech Savey will have a difficult time going through all of these directions, and when one of the line items doesn't work, it becomes even more frustrating when you cant pick up the phone and ask what's going on. Geek squad doesn't work on these systems so who in the Houston area does?

Hi @RCK
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We do not provide support to tech on site. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.
If you continue to have difficulty following the steps, I would recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.

absolutely nothing has worked. You can send a tech out to try their hand.. This is the biggest pc of crap Ive ever dealt with. And your Lennar Ruckus way of dealing with issies to homeowners is even worse.
