i need help accessing the website / dashboard to make changes to my home wifi

it has been a couple of years since I have made any changes to my home wifi.  However, i have a need to change the password and I can't access the website to do so.  i need help!

When I click on this link:  https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/

I get an error and the page will not load. How do I use the master AP IP address?
