it has been a couple of years since I have made any changes to my home wifi. However, i have a need to change the password and I can't access the website to do so. i need help!

Is there someone I can call to have them walk me through this? This is all very confusing for me, but I really need to change the password to my home WiFi since I believe my wifi has been compromised.

Let me help you step-by-step:
1. Ensure that your device is connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network for access.
2. Please refer to our guide on finding the IP Address of the Access Point:
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless to confirm the IP address of the Access Point.
