Hi, I have 3 APs connected to CX7150. These were installed by Lennar in 2018. I now have issues with the APs dropping connection frequently. I have to restart the CX7150 to get back online. But even after restart, these provide very erratic connection with speed ranging from 17 to about 190 MBPS while my wired connection provides over 950MBPS at any point of time. I do not have my unleashed account details (forgot).

Yes. I did try changing the ports on the switch. But it did not help. I shall try to follow the guidelines in your link and see if I can upgrade the version. And get back to you on the results.

Hi,
I did all that you asked me to do, I upgraded the version on my ICX7150C12P switch. But the issue is not resolved. My APs drop connection in a little time. I suspect, the switch is faulty. How can I get support to replace this? I was informed by lennar that this has a lifetime warrenty.

Could you please follow the instructions provided in Pinky’s initial response and share the requested command outputs? If we see some issues with command outputs, we can check for replacement.
Below are the commands:
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief

Here are the details:
Just a recap of my issue - My ruckus wireless stops working in a little while and needs a restart. Even for restart, I need to plug out the switch, wait for few minutes and then plug it back in. Again, it works for an hour or so and the same issue. I have three APS. the IP scanner shows only 2 APs and the switch. now. I see the AP that is not showing up has the power LED in yellow.
I had been suffering this past 2 months and this is seriously impacting my work from home job. as my phone cannot connect to wifi. I am hardwired to my laptop.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
I see from the output you shared, your Switch is on an older version on the secondary partition as highlighted in the below screenshot.

Please execute the mentioned commands to copy new version from primary partition to secondary partition and check if that works:
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
Example:

ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
