access points not powering on

Hello,

Two of my access points are not powering on. I had this issue before and Ruckus techs were able to resolve the issue via remote access.

For detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the LED status of your switch.

 

While plugging your switch into the outlet, do you see any lights on?(Amber or green). Please let us know which lights are on?

2- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source.

Hi Jayavidhya, thanks. One is amber and the other is green. I'm following trying to recover on the other questions as below

Need some help on how to proceed to instal the firmware using a Mac and the terminal as the details of the forum is all windows based.
