Yes, that is exactly what I have sent you (just I have clarified in less technical words), the commands I have provided have to be executed through CLI (command line interface) to change the behavior of how we treat multicast and broadcast traffic and the workaround will be wire the devices.

Note: Ruckus Support, for Lennar Homes customers, will be exclusively supported via this community forum support model.

How do I access my router/login to Unleashed?  I have no idea what my admin network or PW are.
