Hi!
We live in a Lennar community and had a really bad storm recently. Our Ruckus unit failed so I purchased a new one. The lights are back on but the Ethernet connect to the Ruckus unit started flashing yellow. I switched out the Ethernet cables and it is still flashing yellow. The power to the access points is back and while we can connect to them, it doesn’t connect to the internet. See attached for picture on the Ruckus unit. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Please note that the warranty is covered for the Lennar RUCKUS Switch if it's not recoverable with troubleshooting.
To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:
1. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
2. Is your internet connection from the ISP stable and functioning? You can verify this by connecting to your local router's Wi-Fi or through an ethernet cable from the router to a laptop/PC.
3. How many access points are currently connected to the switch? Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.

Thanks Imran. See attached for pictures of the repeater boxes and the Ruckus unit. To answer your question, yes I can connect to the internet in the router but just not via the repeater boxes.

Hi
Thank you for your response and the update.
Based on the picture you shared, it appears that the Blue cable from your ISP router or Access Point is connected to the incorrect port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. The cable should be connected to one of the 1-12 ports on the switch (please refer to the screenshots below). Kindly unplug the cable and reconnect it to the appropriate port. Afterward, please reboot the ISP router by unplugging and plugging it back into the power outlet. Once done, check your internet connection.
Please let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if further assistance is needed.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hi! I haven’t had a chance to try this solution since I’m out of town. I’ll be back this weekend and can try at that time.
