Hi! Before doing the above, I tried a hard reset again and that seems to have solved the issue. If things change, I’ll let you know!

Hi, I reset it a couple of times and seeing these lights. Still no internet from the repeater boxes.

Hi I’m Bach home and shifted the blue plug as you recommended and restarted things. This is what the bottom of the box looks like now and the repeaters are completely off with no lights on.

Thanks Imran. See attached for pictures of the repeater boxes and the Ruckus unit. To answer your question, yes I can connect to the internet in the router but just not via the repeater boxes.
