Please confirm what do you mean with wireless router, is the device in your ceiling or the device named ICX7150 Ruckus in your cabinet, you can provide a picture, so we can clarify which of the devices have the issue.
For some reason i am not able to attach images, is there any way to forward images via direct email pls. Internet suddenly stopped at midnight on 27th Nov, there is no power light on the wireless router on the ceiling. I tried to reset and replug some of the cables in the cabinet but didn't work either. Check power lines as well, there is no plug which has tripped etc.,
