We have a Ruckus router and AP that was included with our Lennar home when we purchased in 2019. About two years ago we started having issues with the router and AP and are trying to reset now.
The issue we are running into is that the Wifi shows up that it is available however none of my devices will connect to the wifi, they all just constantly attempt to connect. I have performed several factory resets and each time we continue to have the same problem.
We have attempted to hardline a computer to the router and the same issue exists, it says "connected" but that there is no internet.
We know that the internet works because we have a backup (non-ruckus) router and all of our devices can connect to that no problem.
