Upgrading from 08.0.95N to 09.0.10j_cd4 ICX7150 web console not loading

Like the subject says, I upgraded to 09.0.10j.  The web console doesn't load even though it shows it in the configuration

RuckusSwitch(config)#show web
HTTP server status: Enabled
HTTPS server status: Enabled
No web connection.

I have also tried 09.0.10j_cd3 with the same issue (see the results below)RuckusSwitch(config)#show flash

I also noticed during boot up an error.

Error [1 ui_common_send: Not able to apply - itc error please try again] parsing line: [web-management http]

Thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue. I have tested the current version of your Switch (SPS09010j_cd4) in our lab environment and confirmed that it exhibits the same behavior as observed in your setup.

After consulting with our team, we recommend upgrading or downgrading your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to version 08095n, which is our stable and recommended firmware at this time.

Once you have completed the downgrade to version 08095n, please monitor the Switch's performance and let us know how it goes. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your feedback.

When will I know when it is safe to upgrade to SPS09010j?  I get that you can repro the issue, why has no one else reported it?

Thank you for your prompt response.

We have identified that the SPS09010j version encounters issues on the 7150 model. Therefore, we currently recommend using version 08095n as a stable alternative.
