Upgrading from 08.0.95N to 09.0.10j_cd4 ICX7150 web console not loading

Like the subject says, I upgraded to 09.0.10j.  The web console doesn't load even though it shows it in the configuration

RuckusSwitch(config)#show web
HTTP server status: Enabled
HTTPS server status: Enabled
No web connection.

I have also tried 09.0.10j_cd3 with the same issue (see the results below)RuckusSwitch(config)#show flash

I also noticed during boot up an error.

Error [1 ui_common_send: Not able to apply - itc error please try again] parsing line: [web-management http]

I have tried to change the IP as suggested -> https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/ICX-Switches/ICX-7150-9-00-10-Web-Service/td-p/39285

 

no luck.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering an issue with accessing Switch via GUI after upgrading it to the 09.0.10j.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Once again please use the following commands to either modify the existing password or create a new username and password:

enable

configure terminal

device(config)#username super password pass

In this example, the username is ‘super’ and the password is ‘pass’.

 

To ensure proper authentication, execute the following commands:

device(config)#crypto key generate rsa

device(config)#aaa authentication login default local

device(config)#aaa authentication web-server default local

Please try to login after some time and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I tried the steps above.  I had to zero out the RSA key but got the same result in the end.

I tried http://ip, https://ip and https://ip.8443 no luck.

Thank you for your response and the update. 

Could you please attempt to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch CLI with the SSH option using the switch's IP address and the most recent reset username/password?

I have created a new user as well as changed the ip address to x.x.x.50. Confirmed it worked by SSHing in to the new ip address and logging in with the new user

Same result when trying to connect to it from a browser using the new ip address.
