Upgrading Nightmare AGAIN!!!!

I just did the upgrade and NEITHER Ruckus is active.  There are NO lights on either Ruckus and on the Ruckus switch NEITHER Port is showing activity.  The other ports have link lights.  PLEASE HELP!!!  I need this online ASAP!!

The upgrade said successful
