Unleashed not connected to internet after short power outage

After a short power outage ruckus unleashed app shows not connected to the internet. The lights on my access point lights are all working but when I try to open unleashed it says unleashed you are not connected to unleashed network. Go to settings?  When I go to the settings everything looks fine. How can I get it to reconnect. Thanks for any help in advance.

To do that I am using a laptop that has rj-45 connection so it will be rj45 to rd 45 since I don’t have the other cable for my newest laptop is there anything different I need to do to get the information you requested.

From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS Unleashed is not working.

May I know if you are able to login to the Unleashed system on the web browser? (Please refer to the below screenshot)

I can connect through the web.  It just doesn’t connect through the app. Thanks for your help
