I bought a Lennar home and am trying to figure out how I connect to my switch and access points using the Unleashed App, when I go in it asks for a Typical Install or Gateway Install, I choose Typical and it says power on the AP which I did, them it says set your mobile wifi to Configure.Me-xxxxxx, when I check wifi on my phone I do not see Configure.Me-xxxxxx. Can you tell me why?
As per the Switch light status and connections, they seem good.
We may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
I followed the steps to factory reset one of my access points, everything worked per the instructions but when I do the typical install it keeps telling me I dont have a wifi connection, I verified I am connected to configure.me.xxxxxx but on my phone it says no wifi connection for configure.me, it said to wait until I had wifi for that connection, I waited 10-15 minutes or so and it never did work. I reset my Access Point twice with the same outcome. Any ideas?
