Unleashed App

I am unable to manage my network via the Unleashed App. Everytime I log in I get an error message saying "You are not connected to Unleashed Network. Go to Settings?" However, I am connected to the Unleashed Network and I am able to log in successfully and manage the network via my desktop computer. I need to be able to manage it from my app. Please help!

I have already updated the firmware via the desktop as well as deleted and reinstalled the app.

As per the case description, I could understand that you are unable to log in to the RUCKUS Unleashed app.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details. 

Please help us with the above-requested information, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi Pinky, Yes -that's correct, I am unable to log in and manage my network through the Unleashed app.  Below is a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.

Thank you for the response.

From the response you shared, I understand that the RUCKUS Access Points are still on an older version 200.7.10.202.127 which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. 

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.15.6.212.27 which is recently released and recommended version for the Lennar Home users.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version  200.15.6.212.27
