Is there anyone know why I got a message like above after trying to connect confide.me.xxxxxx and finish the setup of AP? Thank you!

Hope you are doing well !
Most of the time, devices are already pre-configured, so you don't need to configure them. That configure.me may belong to a neighbor.
What I recommend you is to take a look at the following guide where shows the most common setup to make sure the wired is ok.

If that devices is the only one having issues connecting to the network can be a Radio problem that can be adjust.
To make sure that are your devices 'configuration' ( your access points/ white boxes on your ceiling ) , we recommend connecting to your local ISP router via Wi-Fi or ethernet and scanning or tracking the IPs of your devices ( IP address or IP are logical addresses given by your router)
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications
Using that scanner we can track the IP address of your devices and we can check check if we can go to the admin login from the unleashed page like below picture.
Accessing to this page it will allow us to make changes or create new WLAN ( SSIDs ) or Editing existing if we forgot our passwords

If you want to skip all this process we can try a factory reset to one of your access point on your ceiling.
