Unable to connect to "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]" WLAN

I am trying to connect to my Lennar - Unleashed R510 Access Point. I am able to see the "LENNAR-7200XXXX wifi connection, but I can't see the Access Point or the "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]" WLAN... I have disconnected the cables and rebooted the devices with no luck. Please advise on how to fix this.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot unable to connect to "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]" WLAN:-
Basic Checks:-
- Double-check Wi-Fi:- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device (phone, laptop, etc.).
- Forget Network:- Try forgetting the "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]" network on your device and re-connecting.
- Restart Devices:- Power cycle your device, router, and access point (if accessible). This can often resolve temporary glitches.
Password:- Ensure you're entering the correct password for the "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]" network. The password might be on the access point itself or in the Lennar home documentation.
Network Range:- Move closer to the Ruckus access point for a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
Network Type:- Confirm your device supports the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band (most likely used by "Configure.Me-[xxxxx]"). Some devices only support 5 GHz. Check your device's Wi-Fi settings.
