After resetting ICX-7150-C12p switch, I am not able to access Switch homepage and also not able to telnet to the device.

Note:

1. I am able to ping the device

2. I connected my laptop to Switch using RJ-45 Serial port.

3. I was able to connect to Switch before resetting.

Still getting incorrect MAC Address.

Hi @achaknalwar

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and update.

Please give it sometime and check if gets connected.

If not,

Please make sure you are using the correct and valid username and password. Please try to log in on to CLI using SSH (NOT Telnet) with the same username and password. Check if you are able to log in.

Also, you could try to access your switch and log in from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.

https://192.168.1.3 or http://192.168.1.3 (Your IP address of Switch 192.168.1.3)

If your credentials are not working, you could try with the below combination once:

If any of the username and password does not work, you could reset them on Telnet login:

Now again reset your new credentials as mentioned in the steps below:

Edit the current or create a new password and username by using the below commands:

enable

configure terminal

device(config)# username super password pass

Where the username is ’super’ and password ‘pass’ (You could choose any of your choices)

In order to allow the correct authentication please run the following commands:

Device(config)#crypto key generate rsa

device(config)# aaa authentication login default local

Now you could try using your new credentials to log in and add Switch on Unleashed.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Best regards,

It is more than 2 hours and I still getting Switch status as connecting. I am able to login to switch using same username and password with ssh.

Also, I am observing following error in Event tab on Unleashed dashboard
