There is configuration problem, We are not able to access the device, and We don't have the credentials to access , after the hard reset, it is not taking default user name and password.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to access the Device’s username/password.
Could you please let me know which RUCKUS device are you trying to access? Is it a RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch or RUCKUS R510 Access Point?
