Power Outage, no power to R510's

Power outage a couple days ago and the 2 R510's have no power, nothing, no LED lights, nothing. Unplugged the router for about 10 minutes. Still nothing. Router has a green and yellow light illuminating. What do I need to do to get the power back to the R510's? Frustrated user. Thanks!

Thank you for the information you shared.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and Access Points do not have power.

If your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Orange/Amber/Yellow light on SYST and a Green light on PWR, your Switch is stuck on boot mode and is unable to boot up properly.

Hello, I tried the process a number of times. When trying to do the auto reset the lights flash for hours but nothing happens.

You can try to reset multiple times as mentioned in the guide.

If that doesn't work, please proceed with the software recovery of the Switch.
