Recently had a power outage and since then the Ruckus Switch will not boot with all green lights.
Tried a hard reset but it results in only all amber lights blinking.
Tried CLI access and it indicates the Kernel is corrupted and due to limited menu options, I am unable to flash the OS / Boot Partition.
What are the next steps here ? RMA ?

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not working after the power outage.
Also, could see that you have tried to perform reset multiple times and getting Bad fit kernel image.
Could you please share a picture of the software recovery cable connections between Switch and laptop?

A normal company would allow for attachments in their support system. How do u want me to send u a pic without putting it on Google drive ..making a link....etc ...etc
I cannot even just do a reply email and for it to get added here....ridiuculous
