Ruckus almost caught fire

Hello,

 Yesterday my devices that are connected to the internet through Ruckus stopped working. I turned the Ruckus off and when I turned it back on it started sparking and almost caught fire. I’ve been told someone here will help me getting the box replaced

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch started sparking and almost caught fire.

 I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience.

Safety is our top priority, and we take incidents like this very seriously. We strongly recommend unplugging the Ruckus device immediately and not using it further.

Kindly shoot a video of the RUCKUS Switch.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Back panel of the Switch including the connection wires if it is still connected.

I would kindly request you to please login to your Google account and access the Google drive link we shared.
