My unit was unplugged for a moment and got stuck in boot mode.
I was successful in getting it to “factory” restart but the lights are just continuously blinking and nothing is connecting again - please help.

Could you please confirm if you have performed reset multiple times (like 10 to 15 mins) as mentioned in the article?
Also, have you performed software recovery after performing reset?

I don’t understand- am I supposed to watch it blink for 10/15 minutes before attempting a system update?

Really apologize for the confusion happened.
I would like to know if you have performed reset multiple times (like 10 to 15 times).
If you have performed reset multiple times; the only option is to perform software recovery.
Please let us know if you are getting stuck at any point while performing the recovery.

So if the reset is successful how long will the lights blink?

Thank you for the response.
If the reset is successful, the Switch will have its SYS and PWR lights turning green.
If the lights are still yellow as in the picture you shared before, then the reset is not successful and then the software recovery should be performed.
